Spicy Beef Tips ‘n Gravy has been added to the 10.5″ Cast Iron page. I’ve been making this with Habanero for quite some time, but until this weekend haven’t tried it with any other pepper. I’m growing Habanero peppers, but I’m thinking I might add Carolina Reaper to the family. The pictured amount is good for 2 meals, I’m typically a lighter eater, but this was a special occasion.
