- 8 Brussel Sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbsp Salted Butter
- A little bit of oil
- Heat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
- Cut the Brussel Sprouts in half and place in a mixing bowl.
- Cover with some oil and mix.
- Add the kosher salt and the garlic powder and mix to cover.
- In a 9″x13″ cookie sheet, place the sprouts, leafy side up.
- Add 2 Tbsp of Salted Butter to the sheet and cover the sheet with foil.
- Place the sheet in the oven for 13 Minutes.
- Remove from oven and remove the foil.
- Place the sheet back in the oven for another 6 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
