Buttered Brussel Sprouts

Tastes like buttered corn on the cob
Ingredients
  • 8 Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • A little bit of oil
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the Brussel Sprouts in half and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cover with some oil and mix.
  4. Add the kosher salt and the garlic powder and mix to cover.
  5. In a 9″x13″ cookie sheet, place the sprouts, leafy side up.
  6. Add 2 Tbsp of Salted Butter to the sheet and cover the sheet with foil.
  7. Place the sheet in the oven for 13 Minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and remove the foil.
  9. Place the sheet back in the oven for another 6 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and serve.
