Peaches ‘n Cream Cheesecake has been added to the Cheesecake page. The topping is two peaches that have been cut into thin strips, and then placed atop the cheesecake from the outside in toward the center in a spiral pattern. The peach slivers are then covered in a layer of peach gelatin. A note about the peach gelatin, it takes about 45 minutes in the fridge before it has thickened enough that we can spread it. If we pour the gelatin right after mixing, it’ll just pour down the sides of the spring form and out the bottom. I will be trying to find a better solution in the future.
